Well, it’s another day and we’re behind on our blogging. It seems that a sick child will take up a lot more of one’s time than usual. Throw that in with us painting half of our house, stripping paint on a brick fireplace, and the general crappiness that is work, and you have a pretty good recipe to get backed up a bit.
Plus, I keep hearing from Brianna that I’m not adding “content”. I don’t really know what she means. I think my posts have a ton of content. Grant it, I don’t have all the flashy, digitally-enhanced photos. But I think my google stock photos are just fine, thank you. And no, I may not write about cool, hip stuff like eco-friendly ways to save money or learning about DIY projects. But I think it’s important that our vast readership learn about what’s going on in our lives, like George our Spider or the odoriferous scent of our local skunk population.
Plus, it gives Brianna more time to do the important things, like taking care of the Boy, or making me a sandwich and getting me a beer. You know, the little things in life.
So, just to let you know, we are sorry that we’ve fallen behind a bit. But not too worry! Brianna has literally thousands of grand ideas and I have a few dozen silly things I want to say. So keep coming back-it’s a perfectly decent way to waste some quality time that you could be using to do something so much more productive!

What arrow? Oh, you mean to the tower in the background. Sorry, I was a bit distracted…That’s the CN Tower in Toronto-the tallest free-standing structure in the world. But of all the things in the photo, is it really THAT important? ;)
